The heroes of procession were walking tall and shameless, so what if it caused inconvenience to thousands, so what if in that loud loudspeaker blare, I could not connect(talk) with my friend....and could not meet her. There are several factors responsible- Firstly the civic body(Nagar Mahapalika) has to ensure these places are cleaned at regular pre-defined intervals. The design of the garbage boxes has to be improved and lastly the citizens have to ensure or have to be penalized to ensure they follow the proper disposal methods. Most times its not the residents themselves, but their domestic helps(Janitors) who just go and throw this waste outside. They don't want to go near as the place due to strong stench - so this becomes a cyclical problem. The residents have to play a major role so that they force their domestic helps not the dispose garbage outside the box. Also, it would be good see picture of the culprit themselves. "
